Kipling Lee and Joe Amaral are the co-founders of Innovative Exteriors & Interiors. They started the company so homeowners could improve their homes and stay off the ladder.

Joe brings almost a decade of gutter experience, including six years owning and operating his own gutter company. He is available for estimates. Joe manages installation and pitches in where needed.
Both founders are available for estimates. When Joe is the one who comes out, he is also the one who manages the installation, and he pitches in on the work where he is needed.
What to expect when we come out
An estimate is a walk of your house, not a pitch from the driveway.
- Your priorities Tell us what is on the list. Gutters, cleaning, protection, repair, lighting, or more than one.
- Inspect and measure We look at the house and measure the work. A photo on a screen is not the measurement.
- The options We explain what fits the house and what can wait. You hear the choices before you see a price.
- Clear pricing You get a written estimate. That written estimate is the price.
